On April 25, 2015 a regional competition of booktrailers “There can be no oblivion” was over in MPUI “Kostanay Common Research Library after L.N.Tolstoy”. Booktrailer is a short video, which represents the brightest, and the most recognizable moments of the book, visualizes its contest. First of all this video should show what the books tell. Although, the main idea of the booktrailer is to advertise the book, but it is more important to make those people who don’t read books be interested in them.

Participants could share their reading preferences on the GPW topic and show their creative capability with the help of promotional video. Booktrailers have become an independent style in the whole world.
